Call Minding Service
At Maple House we offer a personal telephone answering / call minding service, which gives you peace of mind to be able to concentrate on your business without losing calls. Callers rarely leave messages on voice mail, and any potential new client is likely to just call your nearest competitor instead.
Once the call is answered we can either attempt to put the call through or take details which can then be sent straight to you. This is a bespoke service so please contact us to decide what the best option would be for you and your business.
You will be given a dedicated line at Maple House (which can possibly divert your existing phone number onto). Calls are answered Monday – Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Your calls will be directed to us, we answer, take details & transfer the call through to you. If there is no answer we email the details over for you to return the call. Our professional call answering service starts from £39.00 + VAT per month, which includes 20 calls per month & any additional calls are charged at £1.00.
