We currently have two vacant offices of different sizes suitable for a variety of professional businesses available at Maple House Business Centre. Each suite is individually secured with a swipe card door access system and zoned alarm as well as dedicated secure parking for each suite. Suite 1b- The room is £175 per month all in plus vat (excluding rates) no rates paid at moment, due to the size, it is exempt from rates as they stand at present. Rental includes service charge, electric, light, heat & power, internet, desk, chair, pedestal, free parking.
This fee is based on 100 square feet of serviced office space, with no long term contract; Therefore easy in and out with only one months notice & no lease. We would ask for a first minimum 3 months commitment.

Land lines can be installed very easily as we have our own voip system on site. The building is very secure; we have CCTV in reception and at main gates to the site & easy access to Maple House on main route. The communal areas are generally cleaned twice a day& there is a smart reception area to meet & greet people or as a waiting area. We also have state of the art meeting rooms you can hire by the half/day if you need to run an event or meeting.
